Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, gather field feedback, and analyze usability test results to improve the design.

Define and optimize user flows to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience.

Create visually appealing, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces tailored to shopkeepers.

Develop interactive prototypes and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts.

Collaborate with tech and business teams to align design solutions with strategic objectives.

Stay updated on design trends and continuously propose improvements.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design expertise.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Understanding of mobile-first design, accessibility standards, and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for mobile applications.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design processes.

Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus.
